Gary Wayne Hughes, 69, of Hot Springs Village passed away on July 14, 2015, Gary was born April 8, 1946 in Carbondale, Illinois to Robert and Nancylee Hughes. Gary served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
Gary is survived by his wife, Penny Hughes, his mother Nancylee Hughes, and daughter, Kelley Hughes. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Hughes.
